With excellent transport links.... we are close to the DART (urban train) and the AIR COACH stop is just a minute walk away.

Very well presented and furnished this extremely comfortable large apartment comprises: private entrance, hallway, living room with doors to the sunny garden, large bedroom with a double and a single bed, fully equipped kitchen, all utensils etc. bathroom with power shower and bath.

Guest satisfacion is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.
To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we can also accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards whichever is most convenient for you.

Rates are quoted per week but we are happy to offer a discount for over 3 weeks.


We request a seperate payment of 200euro Damage deposit which will only be used in the event of actual damage or excessive cleaning being necessary. As we are unable to offer refunds please ensure you have taken out Holiday Insurance Cover

Please note the apartment will be available for occupation after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am .

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and much appreciated the flowers, coffee, tea etc. which were a very welcoming gesture and made us feel immediately at home. Excellent, attractive location and very convenient for all amenities, public transport etc. Having Sandymount Strand directly across the road is ideal for jogging or walking on the beach. The RDS Showgrounds and the Aviva Stadium are also within reasonable walking distance for visitors who are attending events in these venues. We look forward to booking an apartment here again and are happy to recommend it further.

Hello,

We were staying twice in different apartment. We prefer the last apt as it has better sofa.

We had a small problem with internet on our first day but it was fixed.All was good. We will stay again.

Smooth and friendly reservation, great location, very nice apartment in perfect state, terrace appreciable and great seaside walks. Also well linked to downtown and airport.

The property is in a great location-an easy walk to the metro, to the village, to bus stop. You could not ask for a better location. There is also a lovely walkway right across the street along Dublin Bay.

The neighborhood is safe, which was important to me as I was a single female traveling alone. Iverna was quite helpful.

Overall, the description of the apartment was accurate and everything was clean on my arrival. Unfortunately, as the flat was on the ground floor, it was a bit musty--hard to avoid in place that is quite rainy. Also, it seemed as though someone had smoked in the flat at some point. As safe was provided in the bedroom, but did not work for me.

However, the wi-fi worked well, there was a washing machine and the kitchen well stocked with plates, glassware, etc. Also the heat worked well.

I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to being on a higher floor next time.

The apt. location was excellent.Close to transportation and the lovely village of Sandymount.We found everything clean and well appointed.

We were given lots of information about restaurants and places to visit.

This spacious apartment is ideally situated in Dublins most sought after area. Walk along the promenade on Strand Road admire the beautiful views across the sea to Howth and Dun laoghaire There is nothing like a refreshing walk on the vast beach after a busy day sightseeing in the city, enjoying the cultural delights or shopping .

Ideally situated on a bus route the stop is adjacent that will take you to the city centre, Trinity College and O'Connell Street Grafton Street etc .Ideal for sightseeing Close to RDS,o2 arena,Lansdowne Road. UCD.

Near DART (urban rail) station and we are on an Aircoach route from Dublin Airport., easy access to M50, Ferry Ports etc.

This Irish Tourist Board inspected and Approved apartment has its own private entrance, comfortable sitting room/dining room with doors to its own small secure garden. As this is west facing it is a lovely sunny place to have a barbecue or just sit and enjoy the peace.
