I was unsure about hiring a car for use with this apartment however it only served to enhance our stay.We flew into Murcia which took us around an hour.The roads were amazingly quiet and we'll sign posted .Using a sat nav brought from home.

The Apartment was ready for us ,clean and exactly as was promised in beautiful position overlooking the sea/ coast .

With only a 5 min walk down to the beach and a 10min walk up!!.,we would also recommend use the car and that you have good legs with further steps up to the apartment.Bars and restaurants plentiful ,not loud and quite low key - so no boom -boom on an evening to worry about if you want a good nights sleep.Supermarkets were at the end of the resort ( 10mins in the car) we used the brand new Mercadona.

Beach was fabulous,and bus'es were plentiful along the seafront if needed.

All in all a very good holiday - We would stay again without hesitation .

My husband and I stayed here for a week in March. The apartment is very comfortable and the terrace has great views to the sea and along the coastline. The weather was rather cold, but that is to be expected for March, when the temperature can be variable. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

We would certainly book again, should we return to Mojacar in the future.

This is the second time we stayed in this conveniently located apartment. It still offers the amazing sea views from the huge terrace (this is mainly why we wanted to stay here again). We love eating breakfast and enjoy a quiet drink in the evening on the terrace before heading out for dinner.

The well equipped apartment (with wifi, English TV channels, welcome pack, beach toys/umbrella etc) provides ample space for the four of us. The newly installed BBQ on the terrace adds a nice touch.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. One of the main draws to this apartment is its location. A few minutes' walk, you are on the main promenade with all the restaurants, bars, mini marts and cafes. Across the road is the beach with beach bars and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. If you don't feel like walking, the bus stop is not far away. The communal swimming pool, which is only a few steps away, is very clean and quiet. You can do laps or just relax in the water.

We would have given the property 5 stars if there wasn't a very minor issue with the shower head. When we emailed the property manager about it, she responded straight away and offered to send someone to check it out. As it didn't impact us a great deal, we said she could get someone to fix it after we checked out. We were however impressed by the prompt response.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we have booked again for this year's holiday in Mojacar.

Lovely apartment - very well equipped and the location was superb! We were a little nervous about renting, having stayed in large hotel complexes previously, but our stay was everything we could have hoped for, and in fact more. It was a little cold in the evenings ( to be expected given the time of year), but a heater was provided and we really appreciated it for the first few days! We're looking forward to renting the apartment again later on this year.

I recently returned from a wonderful week in Mojacar, Almeria, South East Spain. It was my first time in that particular part of Spain and I have to admit it was really relaxing and chilled out. The weather was brilliant for the whole week, temperatures in the high 20's. The apartment we booked was exactly as listed, the photos on the site, don't do it justice as the sun rises over the sea in the early mornings were just spectacular!! We spent a lot of the time on the balcony when we were in the apartment as the available space for both sunbathing and eating is enormous. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and as it was a late flight in, we really appreciated the welcome pack of essentials on arrival. The apartment is very spacious and airy with air conditioning in both of the double bedrooms which was really refreshing after coming in from the hot afternoon sun. The facilities for cooking are excellent although I have to admit, we only ever had breakfast in the apartment as the numerous restaurants, beach bars and tapas places offered great value for eating out. I'd recommend Torre Bahia who do a " menu del dia" of 3 courses for €10 - €12 per person. The standard is excellent. Also Bella Vista overlooking the sea, do a great 2 and 3 course lunch, well worth a visit. Casa Egea, El Sitio and La Cabana are all excellent value and very authentically Spanish, we loved them! Iverna , the owner, provided an excellent service from start to finish and I'd highly recommend her apartment to stay in Mojacar.
